Recommendation – Grab a shovel! Unfortunately, it’s just a lot of work with no tricks. Dig it up and back fill the missing soil.
Recommendation – Lemon’s trees produce a lot of fruit and thinning out the fruit early in the growth cycle will take some of the weight off of the branches when it starts to ripen.

Recommendatin – Be cautious about the carpenter worm who’s been invading the Phoenix area. Ash trees are susceptible to sunburn too. It’s a good idea to call a certified arborist.

Recommendation – There are a few products that can cut it back down, but it’s just going to be a lot of work.
Recommendation – Grinding the stump down to about 10 inches deep and he can chemically treat the stump to keep it from growing back.

Recommendation – With such an old unit in the home and it’s mismatched parts, the upgrade is probably due. Call Reeis or Integrity Air Conditioning and he’ll feel an incredible difference his home.

Recommendation – The P-trap is probably working fine, but it’s probably still the roof vent that’s causing the issue. It’s your cheapest option for a quick fix. Otherwise, it’s coming from the kitchen sink, so try running ice and lemons through the disposal and clean the back of the flap in the disposal.

Recommendation – She can add a circulating pump, a metlund pump or a tankless water heater. All these options can be expensive. Unfortunately, it’s a luxury that costs money.

Recommendation – It’s usually an anti-syphon system that creates the noise. A pressure test will help make sure it’s not too much pressure on the system.

Recommendation – It’s against code to put in a shower without a P-trap. A lazy plumber might have installed it improperly to move the drain. Chemicals won’t help him and Chris & Bill discuss his options.
