When to repair or replace a plumbing fixture. One simple way is look for plastic parts and replace with brass. Rosie explains.
More ideas on whether to replace or repair plumbing fixtures. First thing is turn the water off at the shut off valve or home shut off valve.
Supply lines to faucets and toilets should be braded stainless steel metal lines with brass nuts on both sides, not plastic.
Invest in good brass fixtures. When working under kitchen and bathroom sink cabinets, place towels on the base after work is complete to catch any slow leaks that could damage the cabinet base. Rosie Remodeling has a simple solution they install.
