2. Have multiple meetings with potential contractors.

  • Larry - Can he put concrete over an lp gas line? Is that permissible?

Recommendation - No.  There are a few instances it can be okay and Rosie walks through his situation and what he recommends. For tips, he can call Dave at Barrett Propane.

  • Rosie talks about the most important rule when you're trying to hire a contractor - "when something goes wrong (it will) who do you want walking up the sidewalk to take care of it?"
