Recommendation: Fern comes up first, it will brown out, cut it off close to the ground. All Purpose Fertilizer; light layer on crowns, give it some time
- Jack, should he put manure and rototil now for his spring garden He can't plant in the summer because of whiteflies
Recommendation: Jay says that's a good plan. As soon as it gets cooler, the whiteflies will go

Caller- Nora, has petite pink oleanders and she bought a larger variety that is varied in color.. Can she plant these next to her others
Recommendation: Leave them in the pot to grow, to tell if it will turn out the same before planting next to the others
- Ed, has clay and rock soil and wants to plant flower beds. How does he prepare the soil. Also, dead branches on the inside of his citrus
Recommendation: Sift the rock, amend with organic material (purlite) and gypsum; Light trim of internal dead branches on citrus

What can Romey do about the mushrooms in his lawn?
Recommendation: Tweak the irrigation systems, don't water at night. Remove Mushrooms manually, lowering mowing height, use Dispersal (granular sulfur)

Recommendation: Bordeaux, Go Natural Tree Paint, fertilize that tree regularly

- Depends on the product, the better/newer the model, the better the ability to clean without pre-cleaning.

Caller- Ron, if he doesn't use his faucets for a few months (he lives alone), no water comes out of the unused pipes. When he bangs on it, the flow will come back weak. What can he do
Recommendation: Remove the aerator, check it after a few days. Take a white sock or nylon stockings put it over faucet, there may be resin beads from softener are getting into water supply; Find out of Water Softening Equipment is failing
