• Jack, should he put manure and rototil now for his spring garden He can't plant in the summer because of whiteflies

Recommendation: Jay says that's a good plan.  As soon as it gets cooler, the whiteflies will go

Recommendation: Wait until the middle of October, Post-Emergent Herbicide, Broadleaf Herbicide or Weed Killer, Fertilome Weed Out; February-March, Hi Yield Dimension or Fertilome Weed and Feed with Pre-Emergent

What can Romey do about the mushrooms in his lawn?

Recommendation: Tweak the irrigation systems, don't water at night. Remove Mushrooms manually, lowering mowing height, use Dispersal (granular sulfur) 

• Joan, has a 15yr old Grapefruit Tree that has something oozing from the trunk

Recommendation: Bordeaux, Go Natural Tree Paint, fertilize that tree regularly

• Jim recommends leaving the front door open to make sure it dries out

Recommendation: look behind the washer, make sure it has a hose in back that is draining, check the lid switch, check the pump for blockage

• Depends on the product, the better/newer the model, the better the ability to clean without pre-cleaning.
